• Technical, consent, referral and usage data needed to secure and improve the website.
• Correspondence, review records and project information where a relationship proceeds.

• Route a matter to the appropriate PQG, AiKOL or asset operator where authorised.
• Operate, secure and improve the website and relationship records.
• Meet legal, accounting, safety and governance obligations.
• Send optional updates only where separate consent has been provided.

4. Disclosure and cross-border handling

PQG may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers and approved project or asset operators where reasonably necessary for the stated purpose. If an opportunity involves another country, relevant information may be handled outside Australia with appropriate purpose, access and contractual controls.

5. Retention and security

We aim to keep personal information only for as long as required by the purpose, a legitimate operating need or law. Access is limited according to role. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw optional marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern through the Complaints page. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.

7. Initial opportunity submissions

Do not submit passports, health information, financial statements or full commercial secrets through the initial Opportunity Fit form. If further due diligence is required, PQG will arrange an appropriate secure process.
