Accessibility Statement

PQG aims to make this website usable across devices, input methods and assistive technologies, with WCAG 2.2 AA as the design target.

1. Measures in this website

  • Semantic headings and landmark regions.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, forms and controls.
  • Visible focus states and a skip-to-content link.
  • Colour contrast designed for readable text and controls.
  • Responsive layout and touch targets for mobile use.
  • Reduced-motion support and meaningful alternative text.
  • Clear form labels, validation messages and saved-draft notice.

2. Known dependencies

Some external portfolio asset sites and third-party destinations are operated separately and may have different accessibility support. PQG does not control every external site but welcomes feedback about barriers in a customer pathway.

3. Feedback

If you cannot access information or complete an action, use the Complaints page and select Accessibility. Explain the page, device or assistive technology involved and the alternative format or help you need.

4. Ongoing review

Accessibility is reviewed during content and technical changes. Material known limitations should be documented and prioritised according to user impact.
