Prime Quality Group is pleased to announce that its Director, Alex Jiang, brought together the Founder of Dream Japan and the Founder of Platinum Hanjue Hotel Group in Shanghai to support a new foundation for international cross-border collaboration through AIKOL Hubs.

The meeting connects two established operators with significant reach across Japan and China. Dream Japan serves around 350,000 tourists travelling to Japan each year. Platinum Hanjue Hotel Group serves around 5 million members in China each year, operates 11 hotels with another on the way, and has approximately $8 billion in assets under management.

Prime Quality Group specialises in Technology, AI and Human Capital services in Australia. Its main objective is to help companies digitise their assets, strengthen their operating capability, and accelerate business growth. Prime Quality Group is currently managing the AIKOL Hubs technology platform.

AIKOL Hubs is a co-building ecosystem designed to connect trusted businesses, partners, communities, and commercial opportunities across international markets. Through this meeting, the Australia team, Dream Japan, and Platinum Hanjue Hotel Group are creating stronger pathways for travel, hospitality, membership, and cross-border business collaboration.

This collaboration reflects the broader purpose of AIKOL Hubs: to create practical pathways for businesses and partners who want to participate in trusted international opportunities across Australia, China, Japan, and beyond.

Businesses, partners, travel operators, community leaders, and commercial collaborators who are interested in joining the AIKOL Hubs ecosystem are invited to register their interest through the AIKOL Hubs co-build form.

Those interested in travel opportunities can also explore the China Prestige Travel Lab and Japan Prestige Travel Lab, which are being developed to support premium cross-border travel, cultural experiences, and partner-led opportunities.

Prime Quality Group joins award-winning Australian Chinese chefs to discuss hospitality co-building and stronger diner experiences

Prime Quality Group attended a gathering of award-winning Australian Chinese chefs and hospitality leaders to discuss practical co-building activities that can improve diner experiences and create stronger co-building outcomes for restaurants, suppliers, chefs, and partners.

The opportunity is significant. Australia’s food and grocery sector generated $172.7 billion in turnover in 2023–24, supporting 294,212 jobs, while cafés, restaurants and takeaway food services recorded $66.273 billion in turnover for the financial year ending June 2025.

The discussion focused on how collaboration can turn great food into stronger dining experiences through premium produce, chef-led events, media storytelling, supplier partnerships, cross-border opportunities, and stronger customer engagement.

Prime Quality Group believes the next stage of hospitality growth will come from more than individual restaurants working alone. It will come from chefs, suppliers, venues, media, sponsors, and community networks co-building experiences that give diners more value and give operators more ways to grow revenue.

“Great dining is no longer only about the dish. It is about the full experience — the chef, the produce, the story, the service, the setting, and the trust behind it,” said Alex, Director of Prime Quality Group.

The gathering highlighted the important role Australian Chinese chefs play in Australia’s food culture and the opportunity to build more premium, culturally rich and commercially sustainable dining experiences across Australia and Asia.

Assessing how Boson Ventures and Shenzhen Xibo VC could strengthen AIKOL Hubs

Boson Ventures and Shenzhen Xibo VC catch-up

Prime Quality Group held a strategic catch-up with Boson Ventures and Shenzhen Xibo Venture Capital Co. Ltd to explore whether deeper Australia–China innovation and investment relationships could support the long-term development of AIKOL Hubs.

From the AIKOL Hubs perspective, these discussions are important because strong backers and cross-border investment relationships can help a model move faster, open new channels, and increase ecosystem credibility.

This engagement shows that building AIKOL Hubs is not only about operators and partners. It is also about bringing the right capital relationships, innovation networks, and strategic supporters into the orbit of the model so that it has a stronger foundation for growth.

Aligning sponsorship around the AIKOL Hubs Event Lab

Event Lab Sponsor Update

Prime Quality Group met with a sponsor for the upcoming AIKOL Hubs Event Lab to align on structure, objectives, and execution. This is one of the clearest examples of how AIKOL Hubs is being built in practice: by bringing sponsors into a real environment where value can be created for participants, operators, and backers at the same time.

The conversation focused on how the Event Lab could become a useful part of the AIKOL Hubs model rather than a one-off activation. Sponsorship in this context is not just funding. It is a way to make the ecosystem more viable, more visible, and more commercially relevant.

This kind of alignment work helps AIKOL Hubs move closer to a repeatable model where sponsors are not separate from the platform, but part of how the platform creates sustainable value.

Testing how Chadstone alignment could support AIKOL Hubs

Vicinity Leasing Executive meeting

Prime Quality Group met with a Vicinity Centres leasing executive to discuss alignment, positioning, and next-stage opportunities connected to Chadstone. For AIKOL Hubs, this matters because location, environment, and commercial context all affect how credible and attractive the model feels in the real world.

The conversation helped test how a premium destination like Chadstone can support the AIKOL Hubs idea, both as a place where serious business can happen and as an environment that lifts the perceived quality of the ecosystem.

This kind of alignment work supports the success of AIKOL Hubs by strengthening the setting around the model, not just the messaging about it.

Exploring LXD’s role in supporting the AIKOL Hubs model

LXD and Prime Quality Group business lunch

Prime Quality Group hosted a partnership session with LXD Business Centre to explore strategic collaboration and long-term alignment. For AIKOL Hubs, relationships like this are important because the model becomes stronger when there is quality business infrastructure around it.

LXD can potentially support AIKOL Hubs through space, experience, location quality, and a setting where ecosystem members can meet, work, and connect. That kind of support makes the model more tangible and more commercially useful.

This conversation helped move AIKOL Hubs closer to being an ecosystem supported by real-world assets rather than only digital positioning.
